At Grow eCommerce we are scaling hard and transforming the digital channel of major LATAM retailers. We want to consolidate a high-performance structure, and we are looking for the key person to become the operational engine of our technical delivery.

The profile we are looking for:
We are looking for a hybrid profile that combines technical capability with commercial agility. You will be the bridge between the needs of large clients and our development team.
Your main challenges:
- Guarantee the successful delivery of complex ecommerce projects, coordinating the technical team and holding rigorously to deadlines and quality.
- Keep the on-time delivery rate above 85%.
- Ensure the highest client satisfaction (CSAT) through transparent, close management.
- Proactively identify and generate upselling and cross-selling opportunities within active accounts.
Requisitos clave:
- Experience with project management tools.
- Knowledge of robust, complex ecommerce platforms (ideally environments such as VTEX, Magento).
- Strong communication, negotiation and team organization skills (freelancers and in-house).
- A 100% results-driven focus on meeting KPIs.
