Grow eCommerce is an agency specialized in ecommerce that builds, hosts and operates the digital channel of major LATAM retailers. We design shopping experiences measured in conversion, on platforms such as VTEX and Magento / Adobe Commerce.
Buscamos un/a UI/UX Designer who thinks about stores from the shopper's point of view and delivers work the development team can build without guessing.
Responsabilidades
- Design the full ecommerce store experience: home, category, product detail page and checkout.
- Build and maintain consistent, implementable design systems.
- Spot and resolve friction points in the purchase flow, with a focus on conversion.
- Work alongside development and clients, defending design decisions with solid arguments.
Requisitos
- Portfolio: real work in ecommerce or transactional digital products.
- Herramientas: command of Figma and design system construction.
- Plataformas: an understanding of what VTEX, Magento or Shopify allow and where they stop, and the ability to design within those limits.
- Responsive: mobile-first as the default, not as an afterthought.
Nice to have (no excluyente)
Some HTML/CSS, experience with A/B testing or conversion analytics, motion and microinteractions.
